Maple Berries Danish Back

Ingredients

A-1 Danish toast 2 slides
Strawberry 2 pcs
Blueberry 5 pcs
Salted butter 2 slides
Maple syrup Moderate
Caster sugar Moderate
Glaze:
Milk 32g
Sugar 32g
Egg 22g
Honey 2g
Cream 32g

Directions

  1. Prepare for a glaze and stir well.

  2. Cut the A-1 Danish toast into halves.
  3. Soak both sides of the Danish toast into glaze.
  4. Place on the aluminum foil.
  5. Put the Maple Berries Danish in the Digital Control Electric Oven NB-DT52 and toast for 8 minutes at 240 ℃.
  6. Put strawberry, blueberry, butter, maple syrup and caster sugar on top of the Danish toast .
