Pour the chopped pork, salted egg white and all seasoning into Panasonic Food Processor MK-F800, select ‘Pre-programmed 1’ (Mince Menu) with power level 3.
Put the patty into a plate (around 1 cm thick), slightly tire with chopsticks, place the egg yolk in the middle of the patty.
Put the patty into the Panasonic Steam Oven NU-SC100W, select ‘Steam- Med’ for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped spring onion and sever.
